With the UK energy crisis in full swing, building and facility managers must start making changes to improve energy efficiency on building HVAC systems to significantly reduce power bills. The combination of heating, ventilation and cooling often consumers the most energy for a commercial building, and according to the Department of Energy, HVAC systems use about 35% of a building’s energy on average.

The results of the H&V News Awards 2022 were revealed on 24 November at the Hilton London Metropole. JSA Service were a key sponsor of 'Run To Pegasus' which the charity hosted as part of the commemorations for the 75th anniversary of D-Day. JSA Service Director, Allan Wilkinson even took part in the event and ran 75 miles from Dorset to Normandy and raised in excess of £2000 for the charity. There is no denying it, the Earth’s temperature in rising. Climate change, caused by Carbon Dioxide and other human-made emissions is a major cause for concern – but all is not lost, we can all do our part to help save our planet.
